删除您的 Qoorbell 账号

You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

已经卸载了应用？

把您注册时使用的邮箱发给我们，我们会在 30 天内为您删除账号。

会删除什么

  • 您的登录信息、姓名、邮箱、电话号码和头像。
  • 您拥有的门铃、其二维码和呼叫记录。
  • 您的群组。
  • 您的聊天消息、视频通话记录和通知。
  • 您的套餐、订阅和付款记录。

我们会保留什么

  • 税法要求保留的、已完成付款的会计凭证。
  • 无法追溯到您本人的匿名汇总使用统计。

我们保留的内容都无法识别您本人。

如果其他人共用了您拥有的门铃，该门铃也会一并删除，并通知他们。属于他人的门铃不受影响——您只是会从中被移除。
