You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

  • Anonīmus, apkopotus lietojuma skaitļus, kurus nevar izsekot līdz jums.

Nekas no tā, ko mēs paturam, jūs neidentificē.

Ja jums piederošu zvanu lieto arī citi, arī tas tiek dzēsts, un viņi saņem paziņojumu. Citiem piederošie zvani netiek skarti — jūs no tiem vienkārši tiekat noņemts.
