Qoorbell 계정 삭제

You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

앱이 더 이상 없으신가요?

가입에 사용한 주소를 보내주시면 30일 이내에 계정을 삭제해 드립니다.

삭제되는 항목

  • 로그인 정보, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 사진.
  • 보유하신 초인종과 그 QR 코드 및 호출 기록.
  • 그룹.
  • 채팅 메시지, 영상 통화 기록, 알림.
  • 요금제, 구독, 결제 기록.

보관하는 항목

  • 세법이 요구하는 범위에서, 이미 완료된 결제의 회계 기록.
  • 개인을 특정할 수 없는 익명 집계 사용 수치.

보관하는 어떤 정보도 귀하를 식별하지 않습니다.

보유하신 초인종을 다른 사람이 함께 쓰고 있다면 그 초인종도 삭제되며 해당 사용자에게 알림이 갑니다. 다른 사람 소유의 초인종은 영향을 받지 않고, 귀하만 제외됩니다.
