Qoorbell アカウントを削除する

You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

アプリをお持ちでない場合

登録に使ったメールアドレスをお送りください。30 日以内にアカウントを削除します。

削除されるもの

  • ログイン情報、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、写真。
  • お持ちのドアベル、その QR コードと呼び出し履歴。
  • グループ。
  • チャットメッセージ、ビデオ通話の記録、通知。
  • プラン、サブスクリプション、支払い記録。

保持するもの

  • 税法上必要な範囲で、すでに行われた支払いの会計記録。
  • 個人を特定できない匿名の集計利用データ。

保持する情報から個人が特定されることはありません。

お持ちのドアベルを他の方が共有している場合、そのドアベルも削除され、相手には通知されます。他の方が所有するドアベルは影響を受けず、あなたが外れるだけです。
