Elimina il tuo account Qoorbell

You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

Inviaci l'indirizzo con cui ti sei registrato ed elimineremo l'account entro 30 giorni.

Cosa viene eliminato

  • Il tuo accesso, nome, email, numero di telefono e foto.
  • I campanelli che possiedi, i loro codici QR e la cronologia delle chiamate.
  • I tuoi gruppi.
  • I tuoi messaggi, i registri delle videochiamate e le notifiche.
  • Il tuo piano, l'abbonamento e i registri dei pagamenti.

Cosa conserviamo

  • Le registrazioni contabili dei pagamenti già effettuati, dove la legge fiscale lo richiede.
  • Conteggi d'uso anonimi e aggregati che non possono risalire a te.

Nulla di ciò che conserviamo ti identifica.

Se altre persone condividono un campanello che possiedi, anche quel campanello viene eliminato e loro vengono avvisati. I campanelli di altre persone non sono toccati: vieni semplicemente rimosso da essi.
