You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

  • Viestisi, videopuheluiden tiedot ja ilmoituksesi.
  • Pakettisi, tilauksesi ja maksutietosi.

Mitä säilytämme

  • Jo suoritettujen maksujen kirjanpitoaineiston, kun verolainsäädäntö sitä edellyttää.
  • Nimettömiä, koottuja käyttömääriä, joita ei voi yhdistää sinuun.

Mikään säilyttämämme tieto ei tunnista sinua.

Jos muut jakavat omistamasi ovikellon, myös se poistetaan ja heille ilmoitetaan. Toisen omistamat ovikellot eivät muutu — sinut vain poistetaan niistä.
