Delete your Qoorbell account

You can delete your account yourself from the mobile app or the web dashboard, or ask us to do it here. Either way it is permanent.

Delete it yourself

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately, on the phone or on the web.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to the Qoorbell app.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Tap Delete my account.

On the web dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.qoorbell.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete account.
  4. Type your email or phone number to confirm.
  5. Click Delete my account.

No longer have the app?

Send us the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your login, name, email, phone number and photo.
  • Doorbells you own, their QR codes and their ring history.
  • Your groups.
  • Your chat messages, video call records and notifications.
  • Your plan, subscription and payment records.

What we keep

  • Accounting records of payments already made, where tax law requires it.
  • Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that cannot be traced back to you.

Nothing we keep identifies you.

If other people share a doorbell you own, that doorbell is deleted too and they are notified. Doorbells owned by someone else are not affected — you are simply removed from them.
